<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>Our basic policy is to return profits to shareholders through sustainable dividends based on individual business performance, which we prioritize as a source of dividend funds. Dividends will be paid once per year by resolution of the shareholders' meeting.We intend to allocate retained earnings to strengthen our financial position to withstand interest rate fluctuations, develop and construct state-of-the-art tugboats to enhance long-term competitiveness, invest in new businesses in growth areas, and meet funding needs related to subsidiaries.Regarding the dividend of surplus for the current fiscal year, although special gains were generated from the sale of shares in affiliated companies and investment securities held during the period, we plan to allocate these to future growth investments.
