<p>Our basic policy is to provide continuous dividend payments to shareholders while maintaining sufficient internal reserves for stable management, business expansion, and preparation for changes in the business environment. We implement surplus dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividends. We allocate retained earnings to aggressive investment in key markets for existing businesses and to research and development and investment in new business areas.</p>
