<p>Our basic policy is to pay appropriate dividends in line with business performance while maintaining stable dividends over the long term. Starting from the fiscal year ending March 2024, we have changed our target dividend payout ratio on a consolidated basis to 50%. We plan to pay dividends twice annually—interim and year-end dividends. We will use retained earnings effectively to strengthen our financial position and support the continuous development of our business.</p>
