<p>Our basic policy is to provide stable and appropriate dividends while building up internal reserves. We pay dividends twice a year—interim and year-end dividends. During our medium-term management plan period (through March 2027), we will use whichever is higher as our dividend standard: a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 50% or more, or an annual dividend per share of 24 yen or more.</p>
