<p>Our basic dividend policy is to pay dividends twice per year. During the medium-term management plan period, we aim to implement stable dividends on a progressive basis, targeting a consolidated dividend payout ratio on equity (DOE) of 3.0% or higher. We plan to allocate retained earnings to capital investments in rental assets and other operating assets.</p>
