Dividend Policy
<p>The Company's basic dividend policy is to pay dividends twice per year. From the following fiscal year onward, the annual dividend will be the greater of either: (1) a DOE (dividend on equity, calculated as annual dividend amount divided by shareholders' equity at the end of the previous fiscal year) of 6%, or (2) a payout ratio of 50%. The interim dividend is based on a DOE of 3%. Additionally, the Company may pay dividends by Board of Directors resolution to provide flexible profit returns to shareholders.</p>
