<p>Based on our responsibility as a bank and commitment to sound management, our basic policy is to strengthen our management foundation, expand our business base, and build up internal reserves. This allows us to continue paying stable dividends on a consistent basis. We target a dividend payout ratio of 30% or more (on a non-consolidated basis). Dividends are paid twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.</p>
