<p>Our basic policy is to achieve stable and sustainable growth in dividend per share through profit growth. We have revised our dividend payout ratio from approximately 35% to approximately 40%. We pay dividends twice per year (interim and year-end). Regarding share buybacks, we will consider them based on business performance, capital position, and market conditions from the perspective of improving capital efficiency.</p>
