Management Policy

Forval operates under the philosophy of "For Social Value," aiming to create a "new normal" that contributes to the profitability of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on this philosophy, the company has proposed a new business model that breaks through contradictions in the information and communications industry, bringing competitive principles to the sector. Going forward, the company demonstrates a commitment to continuing to pursue this "new normal."

The company advances the use of cloud, big data, IoT, and AI in the information and communications field while supporting digital transformation (DX) initiatives for small and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, it emphasizes ESG (environment, social, and governance) and strengthens its role as a next-generation management consultant. Through this approach, the company aims to support sustainable growth for enterprises.

Forval provides management support to small and medium-sized enterprises as a "corporate doctor," working to transition to a recurring revenue model. The company differentiates itself across five fields—information and communications, overseas markets, environment, human resources and education, and entrepreneurship and business succession—aiming to contribute to enterprise profitability through sales expansion and operational efficiency improvements.

The company promotes the "F-Japan Strategy" to revitalize regional economies. It focuses particularly on "green," "digital," "vibrant regional development," and "addressing declining birth rates," advancing DX promotion through partnerships with local governments and enterprises. Through these efforts, the company aims to achieve regional industrial revitalization and improved living standards for residents.

Forval views human capital as a driver of enterprise value enhancement and promotes ESG management. Through next-generation data utilization, the company creates new value and supports ESG management for small and medium-sized enterprises via its management information analysis platform "Kizuna PARK." The company aims to realize sustainable growth through these initiatives.
