Dividend Policy
<p>Starting from the fiscal year ending March 2024, we will implement progressive dividends with a dividend payout ratio of 30% or higher. From the fiscal year ending March 2026 onward, we will continue progressive dividends while shifting to a total shareholder return ratio of 40% or higher, including share buybacks. We will maintain semi-annual dividend payments, with retained earnings allocated to strengthening our corporate foundation and funding future business investments.</p>
