<p>Through fiscal year 2025, we will maintain a shareholder return policy with a total payout ratio of 100%. Dividends will be increased consistently, taking into account consolidated earnings and financial structure. We will conduct share buybacks strategically with an eye toward efficiency, and we plan to pay dividends twice per year (interim and year-end).</p>
