Management Policy
Lintec has established a long-term vision targeting 2030 called "LINTEC SUSTAINABILITY VISION 2030" (LSV 2030). The fundamental approach of this vision is to strengthen corporate capabilities through innovation, pursue sustainable growth by creating new products and businesses, and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
LSV 2030 sets three priority themes. First, under "Addressing Social Issues," the company aims to contribute to society through tackling environmental problems, respecting human rights, and strengthening governance. Second, under "Strengthening Corporate Resilience through Innovation," the company enhances efficiency and competitiveness through digital transformation initiatives and innovation in production processes.
Finally, under "Creating New Products and Businesses for Sustainable Growth," the company develops new products and businesses based on technological innovation and strengthens its presence in global markets. Through these efforts, Lintec will achieve sustainable growth and enhance corporate value.
To realize these priority themes, Lintec formulates medium-term management plans every three years and achieves targets in stages. In particular, during "LSV 2030-Stage 2" beginning in 2024, the company responded to increased demand for semiconductor and electronic component-related products and achieved record-high sales and profits.
Going forward, while facing challenges such as geopolitical risks and rising costs, Lintec will pursue sustainable growth and strengthen its efforts on the priority themes. Through these initiatives, the company will enhance corporate value and shareholder returns while establishing its position as a company that contributes to society.
