<p>We target a dividend payout ratio of approximately 40% based on a stable dividend of 16 yen per share plus a performance-linked dividend component. Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. We intend to use retained earnings for capital investments to respond to rapid technological innovation, strengthen our management foundation, and support future business development.</p>
