<p>In addition to stable dividends, we will acquire our own shares flexibly to return profits to shareholders, with a basic policy targeting a consolidated total payout ratio of 30% or more. We will implement shareholder returns by comprehensively considering each period's consolidated business results, dividend payout ratio, cash position, retained earnings, and future investment plans. Dividends are paid twice per year (interim and year-end).</p>
