<p>Our basic dividend policy is to continue stable dividends while comprehensively considering business performance and management environment. We target a consolidated payout ratio of 50% or more as a general rule. We plan to continue paying dividends twice a year, with ex-dividend dates at the end of the interim period and the fiscal year-end. We intend to retain internal reserves to prepare for funding needs such as capital expenditures.</p>
