We recognize returning appropriate profits to our shareholders as one of our key management priorities. We are committed to maintaining a stable operational foundation and improving return on equity, while also making dividend payments a core principle in rewarding our shareholders.
However, regarding the year-end dividend for the current period, although we recorded ordinary income in our consolidated results, we have decided to pay no dividend. This decision reflects two urgent priorities: recovering the equity capital lost in past operating losses, and securing necessary funding for our new mobility business initiatives.
We apologize for any inconvenience to our shareholders. We are committed to stabilizing our operations and strengthening our capital base as quickly as possible, with the goal of resuming dividends. We appreciate your continued support and confidence in our company.
Regarding dividends for the next fiscal period, we currently plan no interim dividend, with the year-end dividend remaining undecided. We will announce the year-end dividend promptly once we have evaluated business performance and are able to disclose this information.

We view appropriate profit returns to shareholders as a key management priority. Our basic policy is to reward shareholders through dividends while working to secure a stable management foundation and improve return on equity. We prioritize rebuilding our equity capital and funding demand for new mobility businesses, with the aim of achieving early business recovery and resuming dividends.
