Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves for future business development and strengthening our management foundation, while implementing stable and continuous dividends. From the fiscal year ending September 2025, we will target a Dividend on Equity (DOE) of 3% or more and a dividend payout ratio of 30%. Due to earnings being concentrated in the first half of the fiscal year, we will implement dividends once annually at the end of the fiscal year as a general rule, with internal reserves allocated to ICT investments and new product development.</p>
