<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority and has adopted a basic policy of determining dividends while taking into account the adequacy of retained earnings. However, since our establishment, we have not paid dividends on surplus earnings because we continuously implement capital investments for purposes such as expanding manufacturing equipment for diamond single crystals and strengthening research and development capabilities.
Currently, we continue to implement capital investments for purposes such as expanding manufacturing equipment for diamond single crystals and strengthening research and development capabilities, while prioritizing the securing of human resources for business expansion. However, we will consider paying dividends on surplus earnings to shareholders in the future, taking into account our operating results and financial position.
Should we pay dividends on surplus earnings in the future, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once per fiscal year, with the Board of Directors serving as the decision-making body.
Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with September 30 as the record date, subject to Board of Directors resolution.

Currently, we prioritize capital investments aimed at expanding manufacturing facilities and strengthening research and development capabilities. However, we will consider dividends in the future while taking into account our business performance and financial condition. When implementing dividends, we will make year-end dividends our standard practice, while also allowing for interim dividends.
