<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
　As we pursue sustainable growth through adaptive expansion and new product development, we have multiple clinical trials planned. Additionally, we are planning capacity enhancements including talent acquisition and capital investments to support business expansion. We also need to maintain a certain level of reserves to manage operational risks in the event of pandemics or large-scale disasters.
　Our top priority is to achieve stable profitability over the long term, and we have been working diligently to improve business performance. However, taking into account our results for the current period, we intend to declare no dividend for this fiscal year. In the future, we will consider dividend distributions while taking into account our operating results and financial condition.
　Our basic policy is to distribute surplus funds twice annually through interim and year-end dividends. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors. We have also stipulated in our articles of incorporation that interim dividends may be paid as provided in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.

The company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year (interim and year-end), while considering future business performance and financial conditions when determining profit distributions. The company prioritizes internal reserves to fund capability enhancements such as clinical trials for market expansion and new product development, human resources acquisition, and capital investments, as well as to address risks. Achieving a stable and consistently profitable business structure remains the top priority.
