Business Overview
Aisuko operates under the corporate philosophy of "I Care Everybody Company—a company that treats all people with compassion"—and aims to contribute to society through food. The company operates two main business segments: the Frozen Foods business and the Supermarket business.
In the Frozen Foods business, Aisuko maintains 15 distribution centers and sales offices primarily in the Kanto and Tokai regions, and operates approximately 350 delivery trucks to wholesale frozen foods and ice cream to drugstores and food supermarkets. As a new venture, the company also operates "FROZEN JOE'S," a specialty frozen food store that offers carefully selected frozen products sourced from across Japan.
In its Frozen Foods business, Aisuko employs sales representatives with specialized knowledge of frozen foods and ice cream who propose products tailored to retailers' needs. To address labor shortages at retail locations, the company provides "full maintenance services" that include direct product placement on store shelves, supporting customers in building their sales floors.
In the Supermarket business, Aisuko operates seven "Super Seisenkan TAIGA" stores, primarily in Kanagawa Prefecture. The company focuses on three fresh product categories—produce, seafood, and meat—and differentiates itself from major supermarket chains by emphasizing freshness, quality, product selection, and pricing. Each store has a sales floor area ranging from 150 to 320 tsubo, depending on location, and provides community-focused service.
In its Supermarket business, Aisuko prioritizes freshness through a "same-day purchase, same-day sale" model, where buyers source produce and seafood at markets early in the morning and display them in stores the same day. By offering products selected by knowledgeable and experienced buyers, the company delivers fresh and high-quality products to customers.

As its medium to long-term growth strategy, Aisco has established "iceco VISION 2030," targeting the number one position in profitability within the frozen food wholesale industry. Beginning in fiscal 2024, the company's second medium-term management plan focuses on "thorough response to environmental changes," with targets of 6,000 million yen in sales, 1,000 million yen in operating profit, and a 30.0% dividend payout ratio.
