<p>Our basic dividend policy is to build up internal reserves in preparation for future business development, while paying dividends at the highest sustainable level possible on a stable basis. We implement dividends by comprehensively considering our financial condition, profit levels, dividend payout ratio, and other factors. We aim to pay dividends twice per year (interim and year-end). We plan to use retained earnings for strategic investments to respond to changes in the business environment.</p>
