Business Overview

Atom operates a chain of restaurants spanning from the Tohoku region to the Kansai region, including steakhouses, izakayas, conveyor belt sushi restaurants, yakiniku grills, tonkatsu shops, cafes, and karaoke establishments. These stores are operated through both direct management and franchise models, providing diverse dining experiences.

Atom is a subsidiary of its parent company Colowide Corporation. Colowide holds 41.2% of Atom's common stock, and the group pursues synergies across the food and beverage industry.

Atom's business segments are divided into four categories: restaurant operations, izakaya operations, karaoke operations, and other operations. The restaurant segment operates diverse dining establishments including steakhouses, conveyor belt sushi restaurants, and yakiniku grills.

The izakaya business was absorbed and spun off to Colowide Dining Corporation in February 2025. Following this reorganization, Colowide Dining now operates the izakaya establishments.

The karaoke business was absorbed and spun off to Shin Corporation in March 2025. Shin Corporation now manages the karaoke operations.

Other operations include the franchise business. Through this diversified business model, Atom strengthens its competitive position in the food and beverage industry.

Management Policy

Atom's growth strategy is built on the corporate philosophy of "Everything for Our Customers and Employees." The company is reviewing its brand concept and the Q·S·C·A framework (Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Atmosphere) to provide dishes and high-quality service that cannot be experienced at home, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.

It is also expanding new locations and renovating existing stores, primarily in regional and suburban areas, to improve profitability and strengthen the foundation for sustainable growth.

Atom prioritizes the recovery of existing store performance and new store openings, concentrating management resources on its restaurant business. The company responds flexibly to customer needs and optimizes store locations. Through community-focused store development, it also contributes to regional revitalization.

Securing and developing talent is positioned as a critical priority. The company is creating a workplace where employees find purpose and meaning in their work, while promoting ESG-conscious management with emphasis on compliance, to achieve sustainable growth.

Through work style reform, the company is improving productivity and advancing digital transformation (DX). This enables simultaneous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, supporting the pursuit of sustainable growth.
