Accordingly, our basic policy is to implement dividends by comprehensively considering business performance trends, financial condition, and future business investment plans, while securing the internal reserves necessary to strengthen our financial position for sustained business expansion and long-term stability of our management foundation. However, the Company is currently in a growth phase. At present, we believe that strengthening our management foundation through building up internal reserves, and enhancing corporate value through investments for business expansion and strengthening our financial position, will ultimately benefit shareholders more than dividend payments. Our Articles of Incorporation also provide for the possibility of paying an interim dividend once per year.
