Accordingly, the Company has not paid dividends since its establishment. Going forward, while strengthening profitability and establishing a solid business foundation, the Company intends to provide stable and continuous returns to shareholders, taking into account the level of retained earnings and the business environment surrounding the Company. Pursuant to a resolution passed at an extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on August 25, 2020, the Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that, based on Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, year-end dividends shall have a record date of September 30 and interim dividends shall have a record date of March 31, with the distribution of surplus and other matters to be determined by Board of Directors resolution.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>
