<p>Under our medium-term management plan, we return profits to shareholders based on a DOE (consolidated return on equity) target of 4%. From fiscal year 2025 onwards, we have set a minimum dividend per share of 103.8 yen. We aim for a total payout ratio of 50% or more and pay dividends twice per year as standard.</p>
