Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to return profits to shareholders based on consolidated earnings while building up internal reserves to strengthen our corporate foundation. We target a dividend payout ratio of 30–35% of net income attributable to parent company shareholders, excluding one-time gains and losses, while ensuring stable and continuous dividend payments. We distribute dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividends as a standard practice. Internal reserves are allocated to new business investments and the development of new technologies and products.</p>
