Our basic policy is to retain earnings to secure internal reserves for stable business expansion and to respond to changes in the operating environment. We plan to implement dividends once we determine that we can provide stable, continuous dividends on a sustainable basis. Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. We will use retained earnings as a source of funding for medium to long-term investments.</p>
