<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>While our Group has not paid dividends since its establishment, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority. Our Group's basic dividend policy is to decide on dividend payments by comprehensively considering our business foundation development status, business performance, financial condition, and other relevant factors.We believe that prioritizing the development of our business foundation will maximize shareholder value. Therefore, our basic policy is to strengthen internal reserves as the source for this investment. Accordingly, no dividend has been paid in the current fiscal year.We plan to use retained earnings as a financial resource for future business development.When we do pay dividends, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once annually, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body. Additionally, our company has adopted the interim dividend system as provided in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, and our articles of incorporation stipulate that interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution.

Our basic policy is to decide on dividend payments by comprehensively considering the status of our business foundation development, business performance, financial condition, and other relevant factors. For the time being, we prioritize establishing our business foundation and building up internal reserves as our basic policy. When we do pay dividends, we will do so once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend, and we will use retained earnings as a source of funding for future business development.
