For this reason, we believe it is important to build up retained earnings. Since our establishment, we have not paid dividends, and no dividends have been paid in the current fiscal year.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">However, we recognize maximizing shareholder value as one of our important management objectives. Regarding future dividend distributions to shareholders, we will consider them comprehensively in light of business performance trends, financial condition, future business and investment plans, while maintaining an appropriate balance with retained earnings. Retained earnings will be allocated according to our future business strategy, including capital investments for new store openings and personnel costs associated with hiring.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">When surplus dividends are paid, we plan to pay dividends once per fiscal year at the end of the year with a record date of November 30 each year. The dividend decision-making authority rests with the shareholders' meeting. <p>Given the company's growth stage, we prioritize building up retained earnings and currently maintain a no-dividend policy. Going forward, we will consider implementing dividends while balancing retained earnings with overall business performance and financial condition. Retained earnings will be allocated to capital expenditures for new store openings and personnel costs.</p>
