<p>Our basic dividend policy is to secure retained earnings for business expansion in the Ishinkan business and related areas, as well as to strengthen our management foundation. We aim to provide stable shareholder dividends, with a basic approach of paying dividends once per fiscal year at the end of the term. Over the medium to long term, we prioritize total shareholder returns and aim to provide stable returns regardless of changes in our growth stage.</p>
