Management Policy
Toa DKK is committed to realizing environmental conservation and a society that is kind to people, guided by its motto of "Integrity, Creativity, and Challenge." The company aims to become a business supported by stakeholders by creating growth products based on four pillars: water, air, medical, and gas. To achieve this goal, the company has formulated a medium-term management plan and is advancing its growth strategy.
The company's measuring instruments market is expected to continue expanding due to environmental conservation efforts and strengthening environmental regulations. In particular, demand for remote monitoring is growing in social infrastructure markets such as water supply, power, and medical services. Additionally, measurement demand is increasing in new markets including decarbonization, agriculture, fisheries, and medical care. To respond to these opportunities, the company must shift management resources toward growth sectors.
Toa DKK targets sales of 25 billion yen or more, operating profit of 2.5 billion yen or more, and ROE of 8% or higher from fiscal year 2030 onward. Under its medium-term management plan for fiscal years 2025–2027, the company aims for sales of 20 billion yen, operating profit of 1.8 billion yen, and ROE of 6.3% by fiscal year 2027. The company has set sales, operating profit, and return on equity as objective performance indicators to achieve these targets.
Under its new medium-term management plan, the company is pursuing five priority strategies. These include creating new businesses, expanding operations domestically and internationally, addressing social challenges, and deepening sustainability initiatives. Through these efforts, the company aims to achieve sustainable growth and enhance corporate value as a business that contributes to the environment using electrochemical sensor technology.
