<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company regards the pursuit of sustained and comprehensive returns to shareholders as one of its key management priorities. Regarding dividend distributions, the Company will consider its financial condition, earnings level, and dividend payout ratio comprehensively, while taking into account the need to strengthen its management foundation and maintain adequate retained earnings for business expansion.
The Company's basic policy is to distribute dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is determined by the Board of Directors.
The Company will effectively utilize retained earnings for capital expenditures and working capital necessary for efficiency improvements and rationalization, with the aim of strengthening its management foundation and expanding its business.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may declare an interim dividend with September 30 as the record date each year.
Regarding dividend distribution for the current fiscal year, after comprehensively considering business performance and the strengthening of the financial foundation, the Company regrets to announce that no dividend will be paid.

We consider dividends by comprehensively taking into account our financial condition, profit levels, dividend payout ratio, and other factors. Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year—at the interim and year-end periods. We use retained earnings for capital expenditures, working capital, and other purposes to strengthen our management foundation and expand our business.
