<p>Our basic policy is to improve overall shareholder value by balancing growth investments, retained earnings, and shareholder returns. We will aim to increase our consolidated dividend payout ratio to approximately 40% starting next fiscal year. We will maintain semi-annual dividends (interim and year-end), and use retained earnings to maintain a sound financial position.</p>
