<p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">Our company group positions the return of profits to shareholders as one of our important management priorities. Our basic policy is to enhance corporate value by strengthening the management foundation and profitability of existing businesses while actively investing in growth areas and new businesses.</p>

<p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">In allocating profits, we will secure internal reserves necessary for investments required to enhance corporate value, while maintaining sound financial health and providing appropriate returns to shareholders.</p>

<p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:18pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">Regarding dividends, our basic policy for the medium-term management plan period from fiscal 2024 to fiscal 2026 is to continue an annual dividend of 135 yen per share, aiming for stable and continuous dividend payments. In addition to the annual dividend of 135 yen per share, we plan to implement special dividends of 105 yen per share (interim dividend of 50 yen and year-end dividend of 55 yen), totaling 3 billion yen, from the fiscal year ending March 2026 through the fiscal year ending March 2030. However, the implementation of interim dividends is conditional upon the approval and passage of the "Partial Amendment to Articles of Incorporation" at our 22nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 26, 2025.</p>

This will be resolved and implemented at the 22nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 26, 2025.</p>

<p>We position returning profits to shareholders as a key priority. Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends while securing internal reserves necessary for investments required to enhance corporate value. During the medium-term management plan period from fiscal year 2024 to 2026, we plan to continue annual dividends of 135 yen per share as our standard. From the fiscal year ending March 2026 through the fiscal year ending March 2030, we plan to implement special dividends of 105 yen per share in addition to the standard dividend.</p>
