<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company recognizes that building internal reserves to support business expansion and returning profits in line with growth are important management priorities. The Company is currently in a growth phase and aims to further expand its business. Accordingly, funds acquired are allocated primarily to critical business investments such as talent recruitment and development, and equipment and system enhancements. Since its establishment through the 14th fiscal year, the Company has not paid dividends in order to effectively utilize resources to strengthen competitiveness and establish efficient operations that will enhance future earnings capacity.Going forward, the Company will work to strengthen earnings capacity and establish a stable business foundation. Dividend decisions will be made based on appropriate management judgment, taking into account the status of internal reserves, business performance, the business environment surrounding the Company, and future business developments.When distributing surplus funds as dividends, the Company's basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once annually by resolution of the shareholders' meeting.Additionally, the Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with a record date of March 31 each year by board of directors resolution.<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:15pt;">

We will decide dividends based on appropriate management judgment, taking into account the state of retained earnings, business performance, business environment, and future business plans. Our basic policy is to pay dividends once a year as a year-end dividend. Our articles of incorporation also allow for interim dividends if needed.
