<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. Our basic policy is to maintain necessary retained earnings for future business development and strengthening our financial position, while distributing dividends and other surplus earnings on a continuous and stable basis.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Company's Articles of Incorporation stipulate that dividends may be distributed by Board of Directors resolution, and that dividends may be paid twice annually—as interim dividends and year-end dividends. This framework enables us to return profits to shareholders in a flexible manner.
The Company is currently in a business expansion phase. We are prioritizing retained earnings for capital investments, development of new business formats, and strengthening our financial position. Accordingly, we have not implemented dividends to date and maintain the same policy for the current fiscal year.
In the future, we intend to implement profit returns to shareholders in light of our operating results and financial condition. However, the timing for implementing dividend distributions remains undetermined at this time.

Our basic dividend policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends. We have established a system to pay dividends twice per year (interim and year-end). Currently, as we are in a business expansion phase, we prioritize allocating retained earnings to capital expenditures, new business development, and strengthening our financial position. The timing of dividend implementation remains undecided.
