Business Overview

AIAI Group consists of a holding company and two subsidiaries, primarily operating a "childcare business." This business focuses on managing directly-operated childcare facilities and multi-functional service centers. Additionally, the group manages subsidiary companies and provides management guidance, categorized as "other operations."

AIAI Group's childcare business operates licensed childcare centers and multi-functional service centers in the 23 wards of Tokyo, Chiba Prefecture, and Osaka City. Licensed childcare centers operate under the Child Welfare Law, receiving subsidies from national and local governments. Small-scale childcare facilities serve up to 19 children and operate with municipal authorization.

Multi-functional service centers provide support services for children with disabilities and welfare services for persons with disabilities. This addresses diverse needs in child development support. Specialists provide individualized services tailored to each user's requirements.

As other operations, AIAI Group manages subsidiary companies and provides management guidance. This enhances operational efficiency across the group and supports business growth.

Management Policy

AIAI Group launched a new group management philosophy in April 2024, promoting the "AIAI Three-育 Sphere" that integrates three pillars: "childcare," "therapeutic care," and "education." Through this strategy, the group aims to maximize the potential of diverse children and contribute to building a better society. The group also seeks to enhance synergies across group companies while continuing social contributions.

AIAI Group has established a medium-term management plan for 2024 through 2026, targeting consolidated group revenue of 12 to 13 billion yen and operating profit of 300 to 500 million yen by 2026. The group aims to improve profit margins through increased revenue-generating facilities at AIAI NURSERY and strengthened profitability at AIAI PLUS.

AIAI NURSERY will maintain and expand its foundation by continuing to open new facilities in areas with high anticipated demand, even as waiting lists for childcare decline. The group is pursuing nationwide expansion with M&A as an option. Additionally, the group is working to enhance childcare workers' expertise and reduce turnover to maintain a stable revenue base.

AIAI PLUS provides specialized therapeutic care services to address the growing number of children with disabilities and promotes inclusive childcare. By expanding childcare facility visiting support services and strengthening coordination with AIAI NURSERY, the group aims to enhance synergies between childcare and therapeutic care, thereby strengthening profitability.

Furthermore, AIAI Group is enriching early childhood education programs to leverage synergies between childcare and education. The group provides programs that develop knowledge necessary for elementary school entry and foster creative thinking skills, aiming to acquire more children and strengthen revenue generation.
