<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">The Company regards enhancing profit returns to shareholders as one of its most important management priorities. Our basic policy is to distribute profits in a balanced manner that takes into account earnings trends, while strengthening shareholder equity to build the financial foundation necessary for stable corporate growth and adaptation to changes in the business environment.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">Based on the provisions of Article 459 of the Companies Act, the Company has established that dividends from surplus may be paid by resolution of the Board of Directors. In addition to interim and year-end dividends, the Company may pay dividends on dates designated as record dates.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">The Company Group is implementing various measures to realize our management philosophy and achieve sustainable growth toward 2030. We believe that maximizing shareholder value requires investing funds in establishing our growth foundation while building up internal reserves. For this reason, we have decided not to pay a dividend for the current fiscal year. Regarding future dividend payments and other shareholder returns, we will make appropriate decisions taking into account the progress in establishing our growth foundation and our financial position.</p>

<p>We view returning profits to shareholders as a key priority. Our basic policy is to balance profit distribution with earnings trends, while strengthening shareholder equity to support stable corporate growth and build a solid financial foundation. We reinvest retained earnings into growth initiatives and aim to maximize shareholder value.</p>
