Management Policy
Eagle Industries is advancing a medium-term management plan under the slogan "Fly Sky High!" to build a sustainable corporate foundation. Covering the three-year period from fiscal 2023 through fiscal 2025, the plan establishes seven key strategic initiatives, including agile responses to market changes, promotion of ESG management, and ensuring product quality that earns customer trust.
The company is prioritizing its semiconductor industry business as a future growth driver. For fiscal 2025, the company had set targets of 2 billion yen in revenue and 14.5 billion yen in operating profit, but revised these to 1.7 billion yen in revenue and 9 billion yen in operating profit due to semiconductor industry weakness. Nevertheless, the company anticipates recovery from the second half of fiscal 2024 and is pursuing business expansion.
Additionally, Eagle Industries expects increased sales of solenoid valves for EV suspensions, a next-generation core product for the automotive and construction machinery industries. Through this initiative, the company aims to improve profitability and expand its business, while securing stable earnings and achieving medium- to long-term growth.
