Discharge Precision Processing Laboratory is a company engaged in contract manufacturing and sales of molds and mechanical components. The company operates three main business segments: electrical discharge machining and surface treatment, molds, and machinery equipment.

In the electrical discharge machining and surface treatment segment, the company provides contract processing for gas turbine components and aircraft engine parts. Discharge Precision Machining Research Institute aims to be a company that contributes to the realization of a sustainable society by providing forms necessary for people and society through creative thinking and technology. In the first year of 2025, we strengthened our profit generation system and achieved results exceeding our plan. As our long-term vision, we aim to continue providing manufacturing technologies necessary for a sustainable society and build the foundation to become a 100-year company.

Our medium-term priority policy focuses on "driving reform," advancing organizational transformation for growth and human capital investment. We are promoting management stabilization and system preparation for new challenges, further advancing organizational reform and human capital investment to build a management foundation that realizes new growth.

Additionally, under "strengthening revenue foundations," we are resetting our business portfolio and optimizing investment allocation. To advance manufacturing efficiency and manufacturing reform at production sites, we have established an engineering division and are strengthening issue visualization and analysis through digital tools.

Under "strengthening growth foundations," we are expanding business into new market sectors to realize a carbon-neutral society. In particular, we are working to expand orders for gas turbine operations in Western markets and strengthen international competitiveness.

Finally, under "strengthening management foundations," we are advancing ESG management system development. We are actively promoting SDGs and working company-wide to advance sustainability initiatives, aiming to become a company trusted by stakeholders.
