Dividend Policy
<p>Under the Medium-Term Management Plan (2024–2028), we have revised our policy to achieve a total payout ratio of 65% or higher, with an eye toward improving our PBR (Price-to-Book Ratio). We will return cash to shareholders through a combination of dividends and share buybacks. Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually—interim and year-end dividends—while directing retained earnings toward research and development and capital investment.</p>
