<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company aims to provide stable and consistent dividend distributions while strengthening its financial position. We are committed to building sufficient internal reserves for capital investments and research and development necessary for future profit growth. Our basic policy is to implement dividend distributions of surplus once per fiscal year as year-end dividends, based on a comprehensive assessment of each period's business results, financial condition, and other relevant factors.
The Company has adopted the interim dividend system as provided in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act. The decision-making body for dividend distributions is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the board of directors for interim dividends.
Regarding dividends per share for the current period, based on a comprehensive assessment of current business performance, financial condition, and other factors, a dividend proposal of 10.0 yen per share and a total dividend amount of 216,256 thousand yen was submitted to and approved at the Company's 33rd Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on November 27, 2025.

The Company aims to continue stable dividend distributions. As a basic policy, the Company will implement surplus dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend, taking into comprehensive consideration the operating results and financial condition of each period. The Company's policy is to allocate retained earnings to capital expenditures and research and development to support future profit growth.
