Management Policy

Enshu aims to contribute to global manufacturing under its long-term vision "Make a New Enshu for the World's manufacturing." Under this vision, each employee pursues innovative manufacturing, focusing on quality and cost improvements, while leveraging synergies across three business divisions: precision parts processing, machine tools, and system integration.

Enshu has established a five-year medium-term management plan titled "Make a New Enshu," with the fiscal year ending March 2025 as its first year. The plan shifts focus from revenue growth to profit growth, while expanding the precision parts processing business and developing new markets in machine tools. Specifically, the precision parts processing business targets sales expansion in EV components, internal combustion engines, and emerging sectors.

In the machine tools business, Enshu is restructuring its operations. Beyond existing operations, it is launching four new business areas—development-type machinery manufacturing, laser processing systems, SIer & IoT, and maintenance services—to expand into non-automotive sectors. Through structural reform, the company aims to build a revenue model resilient to order fluctuations.

By the fiscal year ending March 2029, Enshu targets consolidated sales of 25 billion yen, operating profit of 1 billion yen, and ROE of 5%. These targets aim to achieve a PBR of 1.0x and pursue sustainable growth. Through these initiatives, Enshu seeks to strengthen its competitiveness and reinforce its position in global markets.
