<p>Our basic policy is to return capital to shareholders with a focus on capital efficiency and total shareholder returns through the continued payment of stable dividends and flexible share buybacks. During the first medium-term management plan period (fiscal years 2024-2026), we target a dividend payout ratio of 40% or higher, a total payout ratio of 70% or higher (three-year average), and total shareholder returns of 20 billion yen.</p>
