<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. However, at present, we believe that strengthening our financial foundation and reinvesting retained earnings into business expansion and strategic investments will deliver the greatest long-term benefit to shareholders.
For the 28th fiscal year, the Company is in a growth phase. We have prioritized strengthening our financial position and investing in business expansion, and therefore have not implemented dividends during this period.
Going forward, our basic dividend policy is to enhance profitability and strengthen our business foundation, while considering the status of retained earnings and the business environment. We intend to provide shareholders with stable and consistent profit returns.
Retained earnings will be effectively allocated to capital investments and operational improvements aimed at maintaining and strengthening our competitive position and improving future profitability.
When distributing surplus earnings, our basic policy is to conduct year-end dividends once annually. In accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, our articles of incorporation provide that year-end dividends shall have a record date of March 31 and interim dividends shall have a record date of September 30, with dividend decisions made by Board of Directors resolution.

Our basic policy is to provide stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders. When we pay dividends, we do so once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. For the time being, we prioritize strengthening our financial position and investing in business expansion, while building up retained earnings. We will use retained earnings for capital investments to maintain and enhance competitiveness, as well as for efficient operational improvements.
