Nikki manufactures and sells gas equipment, general-purpose equipment, automotive equipment, and industrial equipment, and also operates a real estate rental business. The Nikki Group consists of Nikki headquarters, nine subsidiaries, and two affiliated companies.

In the gas equipment business, Nikki manufactures and sells electronic control units (ECUs), injectors, fuel injection systems, mixers, vaporizers, and regulators. Manufacturing is handled by Nikki headquarters, Shenyang Nikki Vaporizer Co., Ltd., and NIKKI (THAILAND) CO., LTD., while sales are conducted by Nikki headquarters and Nikki Soltech Service Co., Ltd., among others.

In the general-purpose equipment business, Nikki provides vaporizers for agricultural and industrial use, marine vaporizers, and fuel injection systems for motorcycles. These are manufactured by Nikki headquarters, Shenyang Nikki Vaporizer Co., Ltd., and NIKKI INDIA FUEL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED, with sales handled by Nikki headquarters and NIKKI AMERICA, INC.

In the automotive equipment business, Nikki manufactures throttle bodies, vaporizers, accelerator cable units, and actuators. Manufacturing is conducted by Nikki headquarters, Nikki Techno Co., Ltd., and NIKKI INDIA FUEL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED, while sales are handled by Nikki headquarters and Nikki Soltech Service Co., Ltd.

In the industrial equipment business, Nikki provides pneumatic control equipment components. These are manufactured by Nikki headquarters and Kanagawa Seiko Co., Ltd., with sales handled by Kanagawa Seiko Co., Ltd.

In the real estate rental business, Nikki leases properties that it owns. This business is directly managed by Nikki headquarters and provided to tenants.
