<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">Our group prioritizes securing internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial position. We have not paid dividends since our founding. While we recognize profit distribution to shareholders as one of our most important management priorities, our current policy focuses on building up internal reserves.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">In the future, we will consider profit distribution to shareholders in light of our operating results and financial condition. However, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined at this time.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">When we distribute surplus funds as dividends, our basic policy is to conduct year-end dividends once annually. Based on Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, our articles of incorporation provide that year-end dividends shall have a record date of March 31 and interim dividends shall have a record date of September 30, with dividend distributions determined by board of directors resolution.
