<p>Our basic dividend policy aims to provide stable profit returns to shareholders while building up internal reserves to prepare for future business development. We have established a system that allows us to pay dividends twice a year—year-end dividends approved by the shareholders' meeting and interim dividends approved by the board of directors. We plan to use retained earnings for effective investments in strengthening our financial position, updating core equipment, funding research and development, and investing in human resources development.</p>
