<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>

<p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;padding-left:22.5pt;">Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends as our fundamental approach to profit distribution. We determine dividends by comprehensively considering our business performance and financial condition. We also work to strengthen our internal reserves to reinforce our management foundation while striving for appropriate profit distribution.<br/>
　Our internal reserves will be allocated to research and development of new products and business models, improvements and expansion of production systems, and strengthening of our financial position to maintain and enhance our competitiveness in the future. We will continue to strengthen our management foundation for long-term growth.<br/>
　Our articles of incorporation provide for dividend payments twice per year: interim dividends (record date: September 30) by board of directors resolution, and year-end dividends (record date: March 31) by shareholders' meeting resolution.<br/>
　Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, we have decided to forgo the interim dividend. However, following a review of our shareholder return policy, we plan to propose a year-end dividend of 450 yen per share at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 26, 2025.</p>

<p>Our basic policy is to continue stable dividends while making decisions based on a comprehensive consideration of business performance and financial condition. Our articles of incorporation establish a framework to pay dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. We allocate retained earnings to research and development of new products and business models, improvements and expansion of production facilities, and strengthening of our financial position, with the aim of reinforcing our management foundation for the future.</p>
