For the medium-term plan period through 2025, we target a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30%, while determining actual dividends by comprehensively considering business performance, earnings per share levels, and future business development plans. We intend to effectively utilize retained earnings for management resource investments in future growth businesses.</p>
